Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and applies when Nivo Sistemas Inteligentes Ltda (CNPJ to be added), hereinafter “Nivo”, processes personal data on behalf of a corporate customer — for example hotels, residential buildings, clubs and property managers.
1. When this DPA applies
For individual residential use, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service apply. This DPA governs the relationship when the corporate customer acts as the controller and Nivo as the processor of third-party personal data (for example, data of guests or residents).
2. Subject matter
The DPA defines roles, responsibilities, security measures, sub-processor rules, support for data subject rights and incident response procedures, in accordance with the LGPD.
