Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Nivo Control account — the app of the Nivo Acquatic Control product line, developed by Nivo Sistemas Inteligentes Ltda (“Nivo”) — and what happens to your data after deletion.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in two ways:

• In the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is processed immediately and is permanent.
• By email: send a request to privacidade@nivocontrol.com.br from your account email. We complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it:

• Profile data (name and email);
• Your locations and device links;
• Schedules, preferences and account settings.

Data that may be retained

We do not retain personal data after deletion, except minimal records required by applicable law (e.g., security logs and tax or contractual records). These are kept only for the legally required period — typically up to 90 days for operational logs — and then securely erased.
